HYScale is looking for experienced Intellectual Property (IP) professionals to support the project’s innovation pathway. In collaboration with our exploitation, dissemination and communication partner, META Group, we are launching an open call for an external IP expert (Patent Attorney and/or Attorney at Law) to carry out an initial IP audit of the HYScale technology. The deadline for applications closes on 20 June 2025.
The selected expert will be responsible for analysing five Key Exploitable Results (KERs), delivering a comprehensive assessment that includes patent landscaping, market intelligence, IP evaluation, and strategic guidance for the protection of intangible assets. Tailored recommendations to strengthen the IPR strategy of each beneficiary will also be expected.
Profile and Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Proven experience supporting EU-funded research projects
Fluency in written and spoken English
Ability to work remotely
Only physical persons are eligible
Proof of qualifications is mandatory for evaluation
Conditions
Contract duration: June 2025 – December 2025
Daily fee: EUR 500 (VAT included, if applicable)
Renewal: Possible based on HYScale team evaluations and feedback from beneficiaries. The maximum contract period runs until HYScale’s closure in December 2026.
